1 Read The Play and Make a list of the props that are needed for the show. 

  

2 Meet with the Scenic Designer, SM, and Director to refine your list.

 

3 Click the TEMPLATE Prop Master List.  It will download to your computer.  Fill in the contact and  production information. (Found on the main props page)

4 Read the Handbook & Props Guidelines found on the main props page. 

 

5 Use the Two Props buttons found below to search through the Prop Galleries to find the props your looking for.  Please refer to the orientation video for props guidelines.

  

6 Fill In the TEMPLATE-Prop-Master-Sheet with the DESCRIPTION & BARCODE of the prop your interested in.  Use the "Location and Information" document found on the main props page to learn prop size and locations.  

  

7 Watch the Prop Orientation Video and Complete the Quiz.  You will receive an Email from the TD to confirm that you past the quiz.  Once you have completed this step you may request a prop tour.    

 

8 Press The PROP TOUR REQUEST Button and Fill in the appropriate information.
